The room mapped, a position written, and a ninety-day plan. Yours outright, whether or not you hire me after.
The engagement
Monthly · six months minimum
All five moves, run in order, with the proof actually produced rather than recommended. One hand on brand, demand and build.
The physical part
Per project · drawn first
Exhibits, showrooms, interiors, displays and props. Design fee, then one build number broken out line by line.
How I work
You work with me. There is no account team and no handoff after the pitch.
Nothing runs before there is a position. Demand before position is expensive.
Proof gets produced, not recommended. Including the physical kind.
One number per build, broken out. Freight and install are in it.
